Ingredients:

  • 100g flour

  • 90g butter frozen

  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon

  • Pinch of salt

  • 30ml of water

    Equipment:

  • Grater

  • Bowl

*NOTE* you can increase the quantities by doubling everything.

Example 200g = 180g butter
